Main Training Area
The main training area is approximately 2800 square feet of training space with durable rubber flooring. All rentals include student access to the handicap accessible washroom and the outdoor dog potty area. A full kitchen is available for use and a great option for personal parties.
Upstairs Rental Spaces
Has a separate entrance from the main floor space. The entire upstairs is approximately 1300 square feet that is divided into three separate rooms. There is a large training room, and a smaller massage room and grooming room with tub set up. The upstairs can be rented as a whole unit or by individual room. All rentals include access to the single human washroom, however, there is no access to the dog potty area from upstairs and dogs must go across the parking lot to a grassy area.

Do you want to host a human event that is also dog friendly?
We can turn our main floor into a theme party, conference room, or dance party; but your guests can bring their dogs! We have a handicap accessible washroom and fully functional kitchen available for use.
